Sometimes the journey into motherhood calls for private, personalised support — a space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect at your own pace. My 1:1 yoga and meditation sessions are designed especially for women in pregnancy and early motherhood who wish to release fear and anxiety, prepare for birth, or recover gently postpartum. Each session is tailored to your unique needs. Together, we may explore: - Gentle prenatal yoga to prepare the body for birth with strength and openness - Breathing and meditation techniques to calm fear and cultivate inner trust - Restorative postnatal yoga for healing, recovery, and reconnection - Nervous system regulation practices to ease stress and overwhelm - Gentle strengthening for core, pelvic floor, and overall stability - Guided relaxation and affirmations to support emotional wellbeing These private sessions are not only about physical postures — they are about creating a sacred container of calm where you can find space to breathe, rest, and feel supported. Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating the tender early weeks with your baby, or simply needing time to restore your energy, these sessions meet you exactly where you are. Practical Details: - Duration: 60–75 minutes - Offered in the comfort of your own home (travel within 15km of Brisbane included; additional travel fees apply beyond this radius) - Casual session: $150 - Packages available for ongoing support These sessions offer you a safe, gentle space to pause, reconnect, and feel deeply supported in your body, mind, and spirit.


Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is required to cancel. Deposit is non refundable for cancellation within 48 hours due to the amount of preparation involved and the consumables purchased.
